If you need to know about the town, this is the place to ask. This office provides many different licenses, certificates and permits to the residents of the Town of Marcellus. In addition, the Town Clerk has served as the official “Keeper of the Record” for the Town since the early 1800s and continues to be the conduit between our residents and the Town Board. We invite you to visit our office, located on the first floor of Marcellus Town Hall. There you will find our courteous staff ready to assist you to obtain the services that you require.

- DEC licenses
- Dog licenses – Town
- Notary Public Service
- Passport Service
- Freedom of Information requests
- Voter registration forms
- Accessible parking permits
- Trash Day permits (seasonal)
- (Birth & death certificates are available from the county office of vital statistics.)
