NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF MARCELLUS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of Marcellus, New York, on October 19, 2022, proposed Local Law No. D-2022, titled, “A Local Law Updating the Code Enforcement Program In the Town of Marcellus.” Said Local Law, if enacted, would provide a comprehensive update to the code enforcement program within the Town of Marcellus. The full text of said Local Law is on file at the Clerk’s Office at the Town Hall located at 22 East Main Street, Marcellus, New York, and may be viewed by all interested persons during normal business hours.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Town Board will hold a public hearing to consider proposed Local Law No. D-2022 at the said Town Hall on November 16, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at which time all persons interested will be heard.
