TOWN OF MARCELLUS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of Marcellus, New York, September 7, 2022, pursuant to the Municipal Home Rule Law, proposed Local Law No. B-2022 as amended, titled, “Amending Chapter 235 (“Zoning”) of the Code of the Town of Marcellus to Repeal/Amend Certain Provisions Pertaining to Signs and to Include Section 235-26.1 (“Signs”) which includes changes related to setbacks and safety.” The full text of said Local Law is on file at the Clerk’s Office at the Town Hall located at 22 East Main Street, Marcellus, New York for inspection by all interested persons during regular business hours.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Town Board previously determined that this proposed Local Law is an unlisted action pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act and a negative declaration was adopted.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Town Board will hold a public hearing to consider proposed Local Law No. B-2022 at the said Town Hall on September 7, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at which time all persons interested will be heard.
