NOTICE OF TENTATIVE COMPLETION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL
(Pursuant to Sec 506, 1526, of the Real Property Tax Law
Hearing of complaints
Hearing Complaints Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Marcellus, County of
Onondaga has completed his tentative Assessment Roll for the current year, that a copy thereof
has been filed with the Town Clerk at the Town Hall, 22 E. Main St., where it may be seen and
examined by any person interested therein until the FOURTH TUESDAY OF MAY NEXT.
Assessor will be in the Town Hall office with such tentative Assessment Roll
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. CALL 315-673-3268 (ext. 5) as following:
1. Monday May 8 8:30 AM to 12:30
2. Monday May 15 8:30 AM to 12:30
3. Saturday May 20 4:00 PM to 8:30
4. Monday May 22 8:30 AM to 12:30
Grievance Day will be June 7 between the hours of 5PM and 9PM for a total of at least four hours.
Said Board of Review will meet at the Marcellus Town Hall, 22 E. Main Street in the said town to
hear and examine all verified written complaints in relation to such assessments, on the application
of any person believing themselves aggrieved thereby. Formal complaints must be filed with the
Assessor by May 26, 2023 prior to meeting with the Board of Review.
